  • Payment processing platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal), which comply with data protection laws

All partners are contractually obligated to keep your information confidential.
 

Photos and Videos

If you do not wish for your photos or videos to be shared on our website or social media, please let us know before the event — we fully respect your privacy and wishes.

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

1. Booking & Payment

  • To confirm a booking, a 50% deposit is required based on the selected package.

  • Full payment is due no later than 7 days before the event date.

  • Events can also be booked through our website with full upfront payment.

  • After booking, a manager will contact you to confirm all details.
     

2. Cancellation & Refunds

  • The deposit is refundable if the client cancels at least 14 days prior to the event date and no special customizations (such as unique flower orders) have been made.

  • In the event of cancellation due to weather or unforeseen circumstances on our side, a full refund will be issued, minus the cost of any fulfilled custom requests.

  • Refunds are not available for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event, unless due to force majeure or agreed otherwise.
     

3. Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule their event once, free of charge, up to 7 days in advance (subject to availability).

  • Short-notice rescheduling (less than 7 days) is possible only at our discretion and may incur additional costs if materials have already been prepared.
